Moving Ahead

Above is another pic of the office (taken today).  On the left is Burnee who handled my scheduling last year and this.  She has a sister who lives in Chicago and it was her mother's ger that I visited last time.

Burnee has arranged for me to confer tomorrow morning with the local criminal courts that have jurisdiction over criminal defamation cases and stress to them the importance of according journalists their rights as their cases work through the system.  They, in turn, will bring me up to date on what media matters have recently been addressed.

By the way, the office starts later when the weather turns cold since the coldest part of the day is early.  By 10:30 the sun shines brightly, people begin showing up as the temp goes from low teens to 45F or so.  The weekend weather is projected to be around the high forties and sunny so I am again making plans to go on a hike this next Sunday around one of the mountains surrounding the city.  And so it goes...

  3. Good to hear from both of you. By 11 AM the sun warms the earth over here in a way that makes the day feel warmer than it is. If Sunday is like today we will hike.
